Perched on the 21st floor with commanding views of Lincoln Center, this residence spans 2,000 square feet and was entirely rebuilt to celebrate a skyline previously obscured by a traditional layout. The design reimagines the interior as both a modern sanctuary and a sophisticated gallery space, specifically curated to showcase the diverse art collection of the client. By removing restrictive partitions, the new plan allows the iconic New York City horizon to become the primary focal point of the home.
