Located within a prominent Landmark Building, this 2,000 square foot residence was reimagined through a design language that balances meticulous restoration with installations inspired by early 20th Century modernism. The architectural approach respects the classic prewar layout, maintaining a traditional plan where public and private rooms wrap around a central circulation core. While the footprint remains historic, the internal functions were reworked to cultivate a stronger visual sequence and a more cohesive relationship between spaces. Every element, including the custom millwork, artisan finishes, and vintage lighting, was carefully integrated to define an atmosphere of timeless quality.
