Situated at a prominent intersection in Taipei, the CLT Mass Timber Twin Residential Towers propose a new model for sustainable high-density living. The paired towers combine a robust concrete exoskeleton with a warm mass timber structural system, creating an architecture that balances permanence, environmental responsibility, and residential comfort.

Deep timber terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and integrated planting establish a layered façade that maximizes natural light while strengthening the relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding city. Vegetation becomes an integral architectural element, creating a vertical network of gardens that enhances privacy, well-being, and environmental performance.

At street level, a transparent podium supported by timber columns opens onto landscaped public spaces, reflecting pools, and gathering areas that extend the public realm into the site. Positioned to frame shared outdoor space between them, the towers create opportunities for light, air, and community within a dense urban environment.
