5th Avenue Midtown

Situated forty six floors above midtown Manhattan, this 2,000 square foot residence was shaped entirely by its commanding views of downtown New York. By removing the existing walls on both levels and reconfiguring the floor plan through the use of alternative partitions, the design creates a versatile environment where the owner can modify spatial and visual configurations at will. This architectural flexibility allows the interior to adapt to various needs while ensuring the iconic city skyline remains the constant backdrop of the living experience.
